As we establish our local presence in [Spain / Portugal / Bulgaria], we are now seeking a skilled and motivated Country Manager to lead our national team.
 

Your Role

As Country Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the recruitment operation in your country. You will lead a small local team and serve as the main point of contact for candidates, institutions, and the international leadership team. The role combines leadership, coordination, and hands-on recruitment.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and supervise a small team (approx. 3 people)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of nurses, including screening, interviewing, and follow-up

• Oversee administrative processes and ensure accuracy in documentation

• Coordinate with international teams to ensure alignment and smooth placement of candidates

• Build relationships with local nursing schools, job platforms, and relevant institutions

• Promote CuraLink Global’s services through events, outreach, and local networking

• Monitor performance, report on activities, and propose improvements
   

Your Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR, healthcare staffing, or international placement

• Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities

• Well-organized, structured, and proactive

• Experience in healthcare or working with international clients is an advantage

• Self-motivated and committed to ethical, people-centered recruitment
