About the Role

This is a demanding, hands-on position requiring significant travel across Spain and selected European destinations

Travel plans may change on short notice, and extended stays may be required depending on project needs.​

You will be working closely with the founders to prepare and execute the groundwork for successful market entry.
What We Offer

Competitive salary: €40,000–€45,000 per year (pro rata for 6 months)

Key Responsibilities

Represent CuraLink during early market development and partner meetings

Support pre-launch operations in multiple countries

Coordinate local logistics and onboarding processes

Adapt quickly to changing travel routes and priorities

Collaborate directly with leadership on business execution
Who We’re Looking For

High resilience, initiative, and sense of responsibility

Background in business, healthcare, recruitment, or operations is a plus

Fluent Spanish required; English at working professional level
